Returns Policy

At Nostalgiapad, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return your item, please review the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original order date.
  • Items must be returned in exactly the same condition as received:
  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In original packaging with all accessories included

Any item returned in a used, damaged, or incomplete condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Request Process

  • All return requests must be submitted via email to nostalgiapad@gmail.com.
  • The return request must be made at least 7 business days before the 30-day return window expires.
  • Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.

Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided via email. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as Nostalgiapad cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately at nostalgiapad@gmail.com with your order number and clear evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We kindly ask that customers contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.

If a chargeback is submitted without prior contact, the dispute will be handled in accordance with our policies and the payment provider’s procedures. Once a chargeback is opened:

  • We are allowed up to 30 days to submit supporting evidence, including proof of delivery, product information, and our published policies.
  • After evidence is submitted, the issuing bank may take up to 75 days to review the case and make a final decision.
  • During this period, the disputed funds may be temporarily withdrawn while the investigation is ongoing.

Please note that initiating a chargeback does not guarantee an automatic refund. Chargebacks raised due to dissatisfaction, change of mind, or failure to contact us first may be disputed where appropriate.
